Agence receives the description of the position and begins a careful process to identify a professional with the appropriate qualifications for the position requested by the client.

We divulge the opening on job sites, Social Media, ads, universities and others. Besides posting the opening, we have specialized hunting techniques which allow us to seek professional on the market who are better first for the position, according to the requested profile. This services speeds up the recruitment and selection process and has the advantage of selecting highly qualified professionals within the Information Technology sector of the market.

We contact and solicit professionals to register on our website and all the information and resumes are stores on our Resume Database. With a search filter tool, we locate the candidate based on the requested profile quickly and easily. We analyze the resumes and invite the candidates to an interview.
