This consulting work was made to project a call center solution for Toyota. The solution involves support calls for assistance, suggestions, complaints, questions and polls about the work of the company.
Valuing the relationship with the client is a very important point for a company because satisfying them guarantees good returns. It can be maintained through various means of communication: letters, e-mail, phone, fax and many other, depending on the client's preference. When the demand for calls begins to grow, it becomes necessary to have a system in place to facilitate management.
Other needs that were not being supplied were detected in this consulting service. Some functionalities did not conform to the wishes of the company. This generated a need to develop another system to meet the needs of Toyota. Thus, TCC (Toyota Call Center) was developed, a system for relationship with the client. It was developed with Java J2EE and Oracle technologies.
System: SACCES (Strategic Actual Cost Calculation & Evaluation System)

SACCES (Strategic Actual Cost Calculation & Evaluation System) was conceived to map the items of cost for manufacturing of a piece in Toyota do Brasil's plants. The cost could be direct - real value spend on a specific part - or indirect, calculated based on a TMC's predefined ratio and methodology. It was developed with Java J2EE and Oracle technologies.
The system has a user-friendly interface without becoming tiresome to advanced users. It employs elements common to Web systems, such as text boxes, combo boxes, links and buttons.

Fleet Control is a system used by an assembler's administration to manage and organize solicitations of vehicles. With this system, the entire Toyota flee is control by: fuel use, real use of the vehicle, fines, services and maintenance, filing of claims, consulting IPVA (tax for owning car) and insurance, monitoring expenses and consolidating property. System: Toyota VD - Direct Sales Portal for Toyota

The sales sector of Toyota do Brasil did not have a Web channel for relating directly between clients, the network and the sales team. The need was detect for developing and implementing a collaborative portal for the direct sales team: the Toyota VD. The system was developed with Django Python and PostgreSQL technologies.
Clients from the seven sectors of direct sales were included into the portal: Diplomatic Body, Taxi, Rental, Fleet, Government, Rural Manufacturer and PPD. It is possible to enable independent and online administration, price table, policies of sales, advantages and suggested products by sector as well as forwarding leads, managing opportunities, control of scheduling, online propositions, etc.
The main characteristic is to concentrate information into a single channel of communication for both internal and public viewers. This centralizes all information related to the channel of direct sales.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) 2Know is a system to manage corporate clients. The system controls client information, seeking to increase sales. It also stores strategic information about the client such as purchase history, name of contacts, profile role, assignment, and others. It was developed with Java J2EE and Oracle technologies.
The system works much like an journal for the consultant, allowing him to relate the activities of the day to the clients stored in the database. In this way, the history of contact between the consultant and the client is not lost. There are also e-mail marketing functionalities with which one can filter by means of parameters and sent promotional e-mails.

Besides showing the satisfaction indices of clients, the network can always visualize pictures of events, news and material used in the process of support for Toyota clients.

SIS is system that integrates systems, joining under one security control. It manages the profiles and levels of access for users of Toyota systems, which are accessed via the Internet. It was developed with Java J2EE and Oracle technologies.
Among its main functionalities we have the system histories and controls, navigation menu, levels, profiles, groups of profiles, languages, user information, user permissions, and others.

TMON is a system that essentially monitors the Toyota network. It can verify any failure in routers and servers.
