Continued use of the Site after any changes are published constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

The purpose of the Site is to present AGENCE and its services, to publish institutional content, job opportunities, and informational materials, and to provide contact channels and forms for clients, partners, and candidates. The Site is intended to provide general information and does not, in itself, constitute a proposal, binding offer, or service agreement, except where expressly formalized in a specific instrument.

You are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and currency of the information you provide through the Site's forms and channels, particularly in registration processes and job applications. Providing third-party data is your sole responsibility, and you must ensure that you are authorized to do so.

Certain Site features, such as applying for job openings and registering in AGENCE's Talent Pool, may require you to provide personal data. The processing of such data is governed by our Privacy and Cookies Policy and by applicable law, in particular the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD). By applying or registering, you declare that the information provided is true and current, and you acknowledge that inaccurate, outdated, or false data may prevent your participation in selection processes. AGENCE may, at its discretion, refuse, suspend, or cancel registrations showing signs of irregularity, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

All content made available on the Site — including, without limitation, text, trademarks, logos, trade names, layout, design, images, videos, icons, source code, databases, and other elements — is owned by AGENCE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property, industrial property, and copyright law. Access to the Site grants the User no ownership right or license over such content; only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable authorization to access and view it for personal, non-commercial purposes is granted. Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Site content without AGENCE's prior express authorization is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos that may be displayed (such as those of clients and partners) belong to their respective owners and are used with authorization or for purely informational purposes.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites, platforms, and services (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, and form and automation tools), as well as integrations with such services. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes. AGENCE does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of those third parties. Access to and use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of use.

AGENCE makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available, secure, and functioning properly, but does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or free from errors or failures. The Site may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, force majeure events, or unforeseeable circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AGENCE shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, from any errors or inaccuracies in its content, from the presence of viruses or malicious code introduced by third parties, or from the conduct of third parties. The institutional information and content on the Site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those provided by law.

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is carried out in accordance with the LGPD and is detailed in our Privacy and Cookies Policy, which describes what data we collect, the purposes and legal bases for processing, with whom we share it, retention periods, security measures, and your rights as a data subject. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to improve the browsing experience, as detailed in that Policy.

Although we adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed on the Site, no system is entirely immune to risk. You are responsible for keeping any access credentials confidential and for taking security precautions on your own devices. These Terms remain in force for an indefinite period, for as long as the Site is available. AGENCE may, at its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, restrict, or terminate, in whole or in part, the access of any User who breaches these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice and without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.

Any tolerance by AGENCE of a breach of any provision of these Terms shall not constitute waiver, novation, or amendment of what is agreed herein. Should any clause of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire understanding between you and AGENCE regarding use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected, with express waiver of any other, however privileged, to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, except for the jurisdiction of the small claims courts and the application of consumer protection rules, where applicable.
